If SIPLX Pro or Team doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no questions asked.

How to request

It depends on where you bought it:

• Bought in the Android app (Google Play): request it directly from your Google Play subscriptions, or email siplx.app@gmail.com with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.). Google Play offers self-service refunds within 48 hours of purchase; between 48 hours and 14 days, email us and we will submit the request to Google on your behalf.
• Bought on siplx.com (Lemon Squeezy): sign in on the pricing page and open “Manage subscription” to reach the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or email siplx.app@gmail.com with your Lemon Squeezy order number (it is in your receipt email). We issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy.

Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play or by our payment partner Lemon Squeezy — we never see or receive your card number, bank details or billing address. Refunds are returned to your original payment method on that provider's processing schedule.

Cancelling your subscription

A Google Play subscription is cancelled anytime from your Google Play subscriptions; a siplx.com subscription from “Manage subscription” on the pricing page after signing in. You won't be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Exceptions

• Charges older than 14 days are not refundable (you can always cancel future billing);
• Requests that abuse the policy (e.g. repeated purchase-and-refund) may be declined.
